3. No professional relationship. Using this website, submitting an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create a professional or client relationship. A relationship begins only when we accept an engagement in a signed engagement letter, after our conflict and independence checks. Do not send confidential documents until an engagement is in place.
4. Certification work. Certificates such as MahaRERA Form 3 or Form 5 are issued only by practising Chartered Accountants or registered firms in their own name, subject to independence requirements. They are not issued by “RERAease” as a brand.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information or another person’s data, attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content in bulk, or using automated means to submit enquiries.
6. Intellectual property. The RERAease name and logo, and the text, design and graphics of this website, belong to Whitestone Business Advisors LLP or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Any other reproduction needs our written permission. Statutes, rules and MahaRERA orders quoted belong to their respective authorities.
7. Third-party links. Links to MahaRERA, government portals and other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
