1. Who we are
This website, reraease.com, is operated by Whitestone Business Advisors LLP (LLPIN AAU-2164), registered office Office No. 102, Gurukrupa Tower, Sahakarnagar, Pune 411009 (“we”, “us”). RERAease is a brand of the LLP. We decide why and how your personal data is processed, and are the Data Fiduciary for it.

We do not ask for financial, health, biometric or government ID data through this website. Please do not include such data, or third-party personal data, in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you asked about
- If you engage us, to deliver the service under a separate engagement letter
- To keep the website secure and working, using server logs
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not send marketing messages unless you separately opt in.
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given through the consent checkbox on the form. Security logs are processed for the legitimate use of keeping the service secure. You may withdraw consent at any time (section 7); withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers who process data on our instructions:

6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted 12 months after our last contact [partners to confirm]

7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law
- withdraw your consent
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapable

9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and we review access periodically. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Cookies
The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies or identify you.
11. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We will post any change here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting data already collected will be notified to you.
