Consequences of non-compliance

A missed QPR triggers a web-generated notice and public display of the default on the project page.

In April 2026, MahaRERA issued show-cause notices to 8,212 projects for the Jan to Mar 2026 quarter, with 60 days to comply.

Persistent default can lead to abeyance or cancellation of registration, and a penalty under Section 61 of up to 5% of the estimated project cost.

How we help

  • Reminders to your team well before each due date
  • Collection of progress data, photographs and certificates from the architect and engineer
  • Form 3 certificate for the quarter, where we are not the statutory auditor
  • Update of bookings, receipts, expenditure, approvals and encumbrances
  • Filing and acknowledgement, with a one-page compliance note to management
  • Catch-up filing and show-cause replies for missed quarters

Deliverables: Filed QPR with portal acknowledgement and a quarterly compliance status note.
