MahaRERA compliance calendar

Key recurring obligations for a MahaRERA-registered project, in financial-year order (April to March).

QPRs are due on 20 Jul, 20 Oct, 20 Jan and 20 Apr.

Fixed due dates every year

Quarterly progress reports are due within 20 days of each quarter end (MahaRERA Order No. 33/2022).
